These are suggested dates. All hunts are one client and one guide unless other arrangements are made. We reserve to right to shift hunting dates on hunts booked 2 or more years in advance. Dates are fixed 1 year prior to hunt. Note: We reserve the right to revise prices.
NOT INCLUDED: Licenses, tags, registration hunt fees (Mt Goat permit), transportation to and from point of departure, meals and lodging before and after hunt, gratuities, Tips: budget 10-15% of your hunt cost for guides, packers, wranglers and camp helpers.
INCLUDED Park Concession daily rate fee or 3% and Alaska Non-Resident Hunting Preservation fund $150.

Obtaining Alaska Hunting Licenses and Tags
You may buy licenses over the counter from most sporting goods and grocery stores in Anchorage. You may purchase license and tags online with a credit card at http://www.admin.adfg.state.ak.us/license/
License Fees: PRICE INCREASE 2017
Non-resident Hunting License $ 160
Brown/grizzly tag $1000
Moose tag $ 800
*Mountain Goat tag $ 600
Sheep tag $ 850
You will need your hunting license and Mountain Goat tag to obtain a Mtn Goat permit in Anchorage, Palmer, or Glennallen.
Your Hunting Expectations
We know you want a big Alaska Yukon Moose /Alaska Brown/Grizzly bear. A common scenario is that you really want a 65″ moose, but you will take a 55″ on the last day or two rather than go home empty handed. If a 55″ will do on the last day, why wouldn’t it be good enough on the 2nd day? If you truly do want a 65″, why shoot a 55″? It’s not what you want.
Trophy Preparation and Shipping
It is much easier on everyone if you plan on using D&C Expediters (907-344-9719). We will get you trophies to them as time permits. Speaking of D&C you have to call them, you need to know what to expect to pay for their services, their billing procedures, etc.
You, not me, need to call a meat processor in Anchorage and give them your credit card number and instructions for processing and shipping any meat you may wish to send home. We have used and recommend Alaska Sausage:
